2.1 Live (Via Zoom) / Online Courses

  • Refunds for individual courses are available within 3 days of purchase, provided the course has not been completed beyond 10% of its content.
  • No refunds will be issued after 3 days from the purchase date or if the course completion exceeds 10%.
  • Courses that have been fully accessed or downloaded are non-refundable.

2.3 Subscriptions(Memberships)

  • Subscriptions (e.g., recurring plans) are refundable if canceled within 24 hours of initial payment and no content has been accessed.
  • No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.
  • To avoid future charges, you must cancel the subscription before the renewal date by e-mail at info@synapsismedicaledu.org.
  • It is not mandatory, nor should you expect an email reminding you of your upcoming membership payment
  • Trimester, Monthly and Weekly memberships are non-refundable after the billing cycle has started.

2.4 Special Promotions & Discounts

  • Products or services purchased during promotional events or using discount codes are non-refundable, except as required by law.

2.5 Technical Issues

  • If you are unable to access your course or subscription due to technical issues caused by our platform, please contact us at support@synapsismedicaledu.org. Refunds or credits may be issued upon investigation and verification.

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your full name, order number, and a detailed explanation of the refund request.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval and will be returned to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Failure to utilize purchased courses, memberships, or subscriptions.
  • Courses purchased through third-party platforms(Stripe, Pay Pal, Square, or others)
